Installation Instructions

Stainless Steel Cabinet Liner
  1. Remove everything from the cabinet.

  2. Wipe down/clean the surface you are going to place the cabinet liner on.

  3. Make sure the surface is dry and clean.

  4. Apply the adhesive to the bottom surface of the cabinet liner making sure it reaches the outer corners but not more than an inch to the edge. Apply generously and smoothly to avoid creating bumps or lumps under the surface.

  5. Place the cabinet liner into the cabinet with adhesive surface down. Push it snug into the corners and flush with the back wall of the cabinet--as far back as it will go.

  6. Replace items into the cabinet. The liner will dry and stick. Avoid water or moisture for about 2-3 hours. Your cabinet is now protected from chemical spills, leaky faucets, disposals units or trash build up.

  1. Make sure that all pieces are included in your package.
    (1) Stainless steel sheet (Check Dimensions)
    (2) J-molding
    (2) 1” screws
    (1) small tube clear silicone
    (1) small tube construction adhesive

  2. Other items needed for installation Phillips #2 screwdriver Small level

  3. Inspect the wall to make sure that it is smooth and clean. It must be free from dirt, grease, and oil. The smoother the wall is, the better the wall liner will look when it is applied to the wall.

  4. The wall liner is designed to fit from the bottom of the hood to the top of the stove. Proper installation may require the stove temporarily moved away from the wall a couple feet. A licensed professional should be consulted before moving any appliances. To begin, slip the wall liner under the hood a 1/8" to 1" for a finished look. Next, draw lay out lines on the wall with a pencil to show the sides and bottom of the wall liner. (See Figure #1)

  5. Slide the two pieces of J-molding on to wall liner. Check that the J-molding is flush at the top and bottom of the wall liner.

  6. Apply the construction adhesive to the back of the wall liner and J-molding.

  7. Slide the wall liner into the final position. Adjust the J-molding to the lay out lines on the wall. Finish by fastening the two screws just below the bottom of the wall liner to stop it from sliding down the wall. (See Figure #2)

  8. Replace stove and enjoy your stainless steel wall liner
